oke3 Terms and Conditions – Rules for Philippine Players

1 Eligibility and Age Requirement

To register and use the oke3 Platform, you must meet all of the following conditions at all times:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. oke3 strictly enforces this minimum age requirement.
• You must be physically located in the Philippines at the time of accessing the Platform.
• You must be a natural person — corporate entities may not hold player accounts.
• You must not be excluded, suspended, or otherwise restricted from online gaming under any applicable self-exclusion programme or platform action.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under Philippine law.

2 Account Registration and Responsibility

Each player may hold only one registered account on the oke3 Platform. Duplicate accounts will be closed without notice, and any balance in duplicate accounts may be voided. When registering, you must provide accurate, truthful, and up-to-date personal information.

• You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials (username and password).
• You must not share your account with any other person or allow any other person to access your account.

• Deposits are credited to your account balance promptly upon confirmation from the payment provider.
• Withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification before processing. Incomplete KYC will delay withdrawals.
• oke3 does not accept deposits made using credit cards or cryptocurrency. Only the payment methods listed in the Deposit section are valid.
• Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal limits apply and are displayed within your account dashboard.
• Withdrawals will be sent only to a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party withdrawals are not permitted.
• oke3 reserves the right to conduct additional checks on withdrawals above certain thresholds to comply with anti-money-laundering obligations.

4 Gameplay Rules and Fair Play

Games available on oke3 — including slots, live casino tables, fish shooting games, and specialty titles — are provided by third-party game studios. Each game operates under its own rules, paytable, and certified RNG or live dealer mechanics.

• Bets placed and accepted by the system are final. oke3 is not responsible for errors made by the player in placing a bet (e.g., incorrect bet amount or game selection).
• In the event of a game malfunction or technical error, oke3 reserves the right to void the affected round and return any stakes to the player's account.
• Collusion, cheating, use of automated betting software, or any attempt to exploit game or system vulnerabilities is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account suspension.
• Game outcomes for software-based titles are determined by certified RNG systems operated by the game providers. oke3 does not control or influence game outcomes.
• Any dispute regarding a game result must be raised with oke3 support within 72 hours of the relevant session ending.

• Bonuses are intended for personal, recreational use only. Systematic exploitation of promotional offers ("bonus abuse") may result in winnings being voided and the account being suspended.
